With offices in Iowa and Arizona, Liberty Legal Aid (LLA) offers inclusive legal assistance for a variety of consumer financial and immigration matters.

All prospective cases and applications for assistance are reviewed by our intake committee, and case selections are made based on financial need, matter urgency and the availability of LLA resources to provide the help needed. Depending on a prospective client’s financial situation, our criteria committee then categorizes accepted cases as being either pro bono (free of charge) or on a significantly reduced fee basis.*

*When Liberty Legal Aid accepts a case as pro bono or on a reduced rate basis, clients will be financially responsible for any transactional expenses that may include, printing, postage, scanning, third-party vendors and experts (if needed), application fees and court filing fees.
